Terms and Conditions

Should you wish to work with us, AlpAdmin, you are requested to sign (and therefore agree to) the below terms and conditions:

  • Before we enter into a working relationship, we will either agree an hourly rate (for work and, if applicable, travel) OR a set amount for the whole project.  By signing these Terms and Conditions you accept this rate/overall project amount.
  • These rates can only be altered by written agreement by both parties. 
  • Any time working on your file will be recorded to the closest 30 minutes and we, AlpAdmin, agree to send over a weekly report detailing any time spent on your project.
  • Invoices will be posted monthly, on the 15 of each month, unless an agreed payment schedule is set up when quoting for your project. However, should hours worked run to a monetary value of over 1500€ then an interim invoice will be issued.
  • Payment terms are 15 days from date of invoice or on pre-agreed dates of payment schedule.  We, AlpAdmin, kindly ask you pay promptly.  If payment is delayed, work on your project will cease within 7 days of payment due date and recovery action will be taken.
  • Cancellation of project should be made in writing by either party and any work carried out until the date of cancellation will be invoiced and payment required.
  • When agreeing to work together, we accept that any disclosures by either party will be considered to be in absolute strict confidence.
  • If at any stage you are dissatisfied with the work produced by AlpAdmin, we ask you to let us know at your earliest convenience in order that the situation be rectified.
