AlpAdmin Terms and Conditions

Before we enter into a working relationship, we will either agree an hourly rate (for work and, if applicable, travel) OR a set amount for the whole project. By signing these Terms and Conditions you accept this rate/overall project amount.
These rates can only be altered by written agreement by both parties.
Any time working on your file will be recorded to the closest 30 minutes and we, AlpAdmin, agree to send over a weekly report detailing any time spent on your project.
Invoices will be posted monthly, on the 15 of each month, unless an agreed payment schedule is set up when quoting for your project. However, should hours worked run to a monetary value of over 1500€ then an interim invoice will be issued.

Payment terms are 15 days from date of invoice or on pre-agreed dates of payment schedule. We, AlpAdmin, kindly ask you pay promptly. If payment is delayed, work on your project will cease within 7 days of payment due date and recovery action will be taken.
Cancellation of project should be made in writing by either party and any work carried out until the date of cancellation will be invoiced and payment required.
When agreeing to work together, we accept that any disclosures by either party will be considered to be in absolute strict confidence.
If at any stage you are dissatisfied with the work produced by AlpAdmin, we ask you to let us know at your earliest convenience in order that the situation be rectified.
